We ship EU orders with FedEx on a weekly basis. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your address.

If one earbud has become quieter than the other, it is often caused by dirt or earwax blocking the small filter. This can be difficult to see, but in most cases it can be removed.

We recommend using adhesive putty, such as Blu Tack, to gently clean the filter. Press the putty against the filter so it reaches the small holes, then pull it away. Repeat this a few times if needed.

Please avoid using liquids, sharp objects, or excessive force, as this may damage the earbud.
