Legal Notice Payment Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payments via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro Paypal, Mobilepay & ApplePay. The amount for the goods will only be charged to your account when the goods are dispatched. In case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is charged. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT. Wavell Distribution ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means your information cannot be read. We do not charge card fees. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. Afterwards, you must pay your monthly installment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will be terminated. ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. Privacy Policy We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We register and pass on the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection. The data controller at wavell.dk, .se and .eu is Wavell Distribution ApS. You have the right to be informed about the data we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed to use it. Complaints Procedure If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@wavell.dk.
