Payment

Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payment with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, MobilePay & ApplePay. The amount for the goods will only be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched. In connection with part delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery will be debited. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Wavell Distribution ApS uses an authorised payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others. We do not charge card fees. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly instalment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will cease. ViaBill finances purchases of up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: name, address, telephone number and email address. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to deliver the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The data controller for wavell.dk is Wavell Distribution ApS. You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed to use it. Right to Complain

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you should contact info@wavell.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk. If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaints portal here.
