Payment

Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payments with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Mobilepay, ApplePay, and Klarna. The amount for the goods will be charged to your account only when the goods are dispatched. In the case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is charged. All amounts are in Euroes (€) and include VAT. Wavell Distribution ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, meaning your information cannot be read. We do not charge card fees.

Shipping

Wavell Distribution ApS delivers on all weekdays. We deliver the package within 1-3 business days. Your package will be delivered by Postnord. Wavell uses standard delivery to parcel shops with Postnord. Shipping costs are always free for the consumer for purchases over 398 DKK. For purchases under 398 DKK, the price for delivery is 19 DKK to the nearest parcel shop and 39 DKK for home delivery.

Refunds If a refund is agreed upon, the agreed amount will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last batch or part. The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to inform us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@wavell.dk or use our return portal, which can be found here.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Withdrawal of Part of the Purchase If you have bought several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.

No Right of Withdrawal These agreements cannot be withdrawn: Delivery of goods made to your specifications or with a clearly personal touch.

Returning

Once you have informed us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

Condition of the Item When Returned

If the item has lost value and it is due to your handling it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may possibly result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Repayment of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount you are liable for. We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you want to withdraw the agreement. We refund the money with the same means of payment you used for the purchase. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you provide us with documentation for having returned it.

Warranty Rights

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act for goods purchases apply. This means you have a warranty right for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount in price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for sending, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

The product should be sent back to: Wavell Distribution ApS, Silkeborgvej 41b, 8000 Aarhus C, Åbyhøj. We only accept packages sent directly to the address. When returning the product, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Terms and Conditions - Extended Warranty on IT Products

General

1.1 This extended warranty ("The Warranty") is an optional addition that can be added to the purchase of IT products at Wavell ApS. By purchasing and accepting this extended warranty, the customer ("The Customer") agrees to the terms and conditions described below.

1.2 The Warranty only takes effect after the purchase of the extended warranty and applies in addition to the normal product warranty for IT products.

1.3 The Customer should be aware that this extended warranty only covers products purchased at Wavell ApS and does not cover any third-party accessory products.

Duration

2.1 The extended warranty takes effect immediately after purchase and is valid for two years in addition to the normal product warranty that comes with the IT product.

2.2 The Customer must keep the original purchase receipt or invoice as proof of the purchase of the extended warranty.

Coverage

3.1 The extended warranty covers the same types of faults and defects as the normal product warranty for the specified time period.

3.2 The Customer must follow all applicable instructions from the manufacturer regarding the use, maintenance, and repair of the IT product to maintain warranty coverage.

3.3 The extended warranty does not cover damages or faults due to unauthorized repairs, improper use, negligence, accidents, abuse, or other causes not related to the product's original condition or manufacturing defects.

Product Basket and Choice of Warranty

4.1 If the Customer has multiple products in their basket and only adds one "extended warranty" to the order, the extended warranty will automatically be applied to the most expensive product in the order.

4.2 The Customer has the option to choose the extended warranty for multiple products in their basket by adding the relevant amount of "extended warranty" to each desired product.

Return and Refund

5.1 The Customer can return an IT product covered by the extended warranty if it is damaged or defective, subject to the terms and conditions set in our general return policy.

5.2 If the Customer wishes to return a product with the extended warranty, the extended warranty will also be canceled for that product, and the Customer will only receive a refund in accordance with our general return policy.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 Wavell ApS assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the IT product, whether due to warranty-covered faults or other reasons.

6.2 Wavell ApS disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from the use of the IT product or the inability to use it, whether under warranty or not.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

7.1 Wavell ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for the extended warranty when necessary, without prior notice. 7.2 Changes take effect from the time they are published on [Company Name]'s website.

Privacy Policy We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We register and pass on the personal data necessary to deliver the product to you. The personal data is registered with Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection. The data controller at wavell.dk is Wavell Distribution ApS. You have the right to be informed about the data we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed to use it. Complaints Procedure If you, as a consumer, want to complain about your purchase, you should contact info@wavell.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to: Nævnenes Hus Toldboden 2 8800 Viborg www.naevneneshus.dk

To file a complaint, the item or service you are complaining about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
