It all started with three high school friends and a shared passion for sound. As kids, we were fascinated by our parents’ LPs, and as we grew older, we fell in love with bass while becoming obsessed with having the perfect speakers in our teenage rooms. From this love of sound, we set out on a shared mission: to make high-quality sound accessible to everyone.

Our Story
BUILT ON A LOVE FOR GREAT SOUND
In 2019, we launched our first headphones, and ever since, we have been deeply dedicated to constantly improving, offering the latest features, and delivering the best sound experience whether you’re listening to music, podcasts, or movies.

Product Development
With the launch of our second generation of headphones, Wavell Two, we took the next big step in product development. The new release was the result of feedback, testing, and an ambition to deliver even better sound.

FROM BASEMENT TO OFFICE
We moved from the basement where it all began and into our first office in 2021. At the same time, we expanded our range with our first speaker, Sound Master Pro, and established ourselves as an ambitious audio company.

Dragon’s Den
In 2022, we appeared in Danish living rooms during prime time on Løvens Hule (Denmark’s version of Dragon’s Den). Here, Jan Lehrmann and Christian Arnstedt joined our journey. They helped us grow from young boys into true entrepreneurs, and the entire experience accelerated our path toward delivering better sound. After a year, our ways parted, but we still apply many of the perspectives and principles they gave us when making decisions today.

New Showroom
In 2023, we finally opened the doors to our showroom in Aarhus, bringing a physical dimension to our online universe. The opening of the showroom was a milestone we had long dreamed of, and since then we have welcomed people inside to hear, feel, and experience our sound.

LAUNCH OF OUR BESTSELLER: WAVELL 3 PRO
In 2024, we completed our bachelor’s studies and were finally able to dedicate ourselves full-time to our dream of delivering amazing sound experiences with Wavell. At the same time, we launched our best-selling headphones to date: Wavell 3 Pro. Since then, we haven’t looked back, and we remain deeply committed to continuously improving and delivering high-quality sound at the best possible price.

OUR NEXT CHAPTER
In 2025, we are stepping beyond Denmark’s borders for the very first time.
This is also the year where we place even greater focus on what it’s all about: the community around great sound.
For us, the moments of sound we share together are just as important as the ones we enjoy alone. Our mission today is the same as it has always been — to deliver extraordinary sound experiences at a price that makes sense.

How long does delivery take?
We ship every weekday with GLS. If you order before 3:00 PM, your package will be sent the same day, and you can expect delivery the next day unless otherwise stated.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee gives you the opportunity to try our products for up to 30 days. For your satisfaction guarantee to be valid, you must return everything you have received from us in original/good condition.
The 30 days start from the day you pick up the package.

My headphones won't connect to the app?
If you experience that one of our models, which is compatible with our Wavell Connect app, does not connect automatically to the app, and just stands there thinking, it is because the headphones are in sleep mode. All you need to do to "wake" them is to press 2-4 times on either the right or left headphone. Then they will connect automatically right away again.
Can your headphones and speakers be used with all devices?
Yes, all our audio products can be connected to all devices via Bluetooth.
I have challenges with a product?

The sound has become lower in one of my headphones?
Often when our customers experience this problem, it is due to earwax. Earwax can be incredibly difficult to see in the filter, but can be removed. We have searched long in the office, and found that the best solution when it has set in, is to use sticky tack to remove dirt etc. You should press a bit with the sticky tack, so that it gets moved into the small holes in the filter. Feel free to repeat about 5 times, and then it should be solved. If you experience that the sound only partially comes back, you can continue a couple of times until it is completely back. If this should unexpectedly not help, then you can advantageously order our cleaning tool.
