Hvad kendetegner god lyd?
God lyd er subjektivt, og det afhænger især af ens præferencer og musiksmag. God lyd i forhold til musik i daglig tale kan beskrives ved flere kriterier. En af de vigtigste er balance. Lyden skal være balanceret, så alle instrumenter og vokaler kan høres klart og fremtrædende, når det er ment, uden at nogen dominerer for meget. Klarheden er også vigtig, så man kan skelne mellem alle toner og instrumenter i musikken. Lyden skal også have et godt dynamisk område, så musikken har kraft og liv. Præcision i form af toner i takt og i rytmen er også vigtigt for en god musikoplevelse. Rummelighed og distance kan også give en illusion om at musikken kommer fra et bestemt sted i rummet. Tilpasset volumen er vigtigt for at undgå skader på ørerne. Emotionel lyd, så man kan mærke musikkens følelser og budskab er også vigtigt. Naturlig lyd så det lyder som om musikken er live og ikke manipuleret, er endnu en vigtig faktor for en god musikoplevelse. Med andre ord, god lyd skal være til at føle. How long does delivery take?
We ship every weekday with GLS. If you order before 3:00 PM, your package will be sent the same day, and you can expect delivery the next day unless otherwise stated.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee gives you the opportunity to try our products for up to 30 days. For your satisfaction guarantee to be valid, you must return everything you have received from us in original/good condition.
The 30 days start from the day you pick up the package.

My headphones won't connect to the app?
If you experience that one of our models, which is compatible with our Wavell Connect app, does not connect automatically to the app, and just stands there thinking, it is because the headphones are in sleep mode. All you need to do to "wake" them is to press 2-4 times on either the right or left headphone. Then they will connect automatically right away again.
Can your headphones and speakers be used with all devices?
Yes, all our audio products can be connected to all devices via Bluetooth.
I have challenges with a product?

The sound has become lower in one of my headphones?
Often when our customers experience this problem, it is due to earwax. Earwax can be incredibly difficult to see in the filter, but can be removed. We have searched long in the office, and found that the best solution when it has set in, is to use sticky tack to remove dirt etc. You should press a bit with the sticky tack, so that it gets moved into the small holes in the filter. Feel free to repeat about 5 times, and then it should be solved. If you experience that the sound only partially comes back, you can continue a couple of times until it is completely back. If this should unexpectedly not help, then you can advantageously order our cleaning tool.
